All sales are final. Because each product is made to order and helps fund animal rescue efforts, we’re unable to offer refunds. Every dollar saved from overhead allows us to do more for dogs in need — and we’re proud to honor that commitment.

That said, your happiness matters. If your order arrives with a defect or quality issue, we’ll make it right.

  • Photos of the front and back of the item
